Cannot access 'Editor - Fonts / colors'

Option is grayed out in built 6.01.102, repair/reinstall did not fix the issue

This feature has been disabled in this release and will be made available in an upcoming build when we upgrade all the editors as well as the apex and visualforce parsers.

Any up date on this? I find it hard to read the blue Key words in the dark theme and would like to change it.
